The "Management"
and "Accounts" division of the Administration department
is in charge of improving the efficiency of business, and cost
control from the company's point of view. Moreover, though it
is considered that administration jobs are mainly behind the
scenes, it also acts as the window or the face of the company
when it comes to recruiting new employees or dealing with administrative
agencies.
In addition to managing assets and agreement documents, the
administration department mainly performs the formalities regarding
the human resource such as recruitment/social insurance, and
general affairs such as placing order and managing the inventories
of equipments, office and factory supplies.
The administration department handles the jobs such as, payment
to the suppliers, settling the accounts and filing the returns,
managing different accounts, and income and expenditure of each
department. |
